Starting point.

Metric Concept started with two partners who came from consulting. Tomás had always been drawn to building work and wanted to learn it properly; once project requests started coming in, we took the next step and founded the company — Tomás leading the technical and on-site side, Sofia handling management, quotes and the client relationship.

We built the company around what the industry so often lacks: clear quotes, deadlines that are met, and professionalism from the first contact to handover. To us that is not a differentiator — it is the starting point. That is why we work with our own team and follow every project closely: the result is our responsibility, from beginning to end.
